Membership is open to girls in 4th grade and above. Our club is thoughtfully designed to support and elevate every stage of girlhood to womanhood and beyond.
Parents, guardians, and students can expect that all staff will respect the well-being of each student, treat each student fairly, and encourage each student’s growth and self-esteem as unique individuals
All members must sign in or check in for their class upon arrival. Members should arrive 10 minutes prior to when class begins.
To ensure a smooth and safe transition for all children, we kindly ask that parents and nannies do not enter The Pearl after 4:00 PM. Afternoon drop-off is limited to the 5th floor entrance only.
Drop-in classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full credit or refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable and non-creditable.
Members are to arrive on time and prepared for class; this includes wearing proper attire. Please review individual class descriptions to ensure you are dressed appropriately for this activity. Proper attire helps ensure safety and supports full participation. Do not touch the mirrors with your hands or bodies.
To maintain cleanliness and safety, food and drink are permitted only in the kitchen area. Water is allowed in all other areas of the club. Gum is prohibited during class. Wipe down surfaces or equipment after use and dispose of trash and recyclables properly. Do not touch mirrors.
For semester-based classes (Cheer, Dance Team, Hip Hop), if a session is missed, they are welcome to attend another class of the same type within the same week. For example, a missed Tuesday Cheer class can be made up during Thursday’s Cheer class.
To keep our spaces clean and safe, shoes are not allowed in the Hangout Room, outdoor shoes are not permitted in studio areas. Grip socks are given in The Pearl’s Member Box; however, they are also available for purchase at the front desk. If your class requires footwear, please bring dedicated indoor dance shoes.
Members are responsible for their belongings. Do not bring valuables into the club. The Pearl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced property.
No photography or video at The Pearl without permission. Phones and electronic devices may only be used in the kitchen unless instructed otherwise.
Do not attend if sick: Stay home if showing symptoms of illness. Injuries must be reported immediately to the instructor. Warm-ups are required: Dancers must participate in warm-up to join class.
